ICONIC Welcome Packet | Information About the Show

Hello and welcome to ICONIC Competition & Showcase!

Please use the Registration Portal to submit all information. If you only have partial information, feel free to log in and update the portal, you can return later to complete. Don't forget to save your username and password.

    • Provide rhythm of the piece i.e. fast, groove, slow, hype, etc. (this will helps us build the show order)

Key Deliverable Dates:

Key deliverable dates are important. It allows us to create individual artist/group event materials and share timely, and to develop the show order in the most efficient and effective way as possible.

    • Photos & Inspiration due by February 14th

    • Music & Dancer Names due by March 7th.

Event Coordinators:

An Event Coordinator will be assigned to assist you with the process.  Also, feel free to drop general questions into the group chat.

Performance

This is a family-friendly showcase. All performances should be performed to clean audio and should not include references to violence, explicit language or sex.

  • Stage: Stage dimensions are 36’ wide & 30’ deep

    Tech Rehearsal: A strict 10 minutes per group. The schedule will be provided a couple of weeks ahead of the show.

  • Show Order: The goal is to publish the show order days prior to show. Creation of the show order is intentional to ensure the flow of the show allows for maximum entertainment. We take into consideration music, theme and dancers in multiple pieces. Delay in submission of music and dancers may impact timing when the show order is released.

  • Dancers: Advise dancers in your group that are dancing in multiple pieces that we will do our best to provide buffers between their performances but in some cases it may be unavoidable.

  • Performance Duration each performance should be less than 5 minutes.

  • Show Finale we request all groups to join us on stage for a final bow!

  • Matinee Show: Will only be held if there is enough artists to perform, otherwise, all performances will be featured during the evening show.


Compensation

While there is no compensation for this event, we will support groups by promoting them on social media and each group is provided a video of their performance.


How We Communicate

An Instagram chat group will be created.  This will be our primary tool to share timely information, and answer questions. If there is another way you would prefer us to communicate, please let us know.

  • Mark your calendars! Tickets will be available February 14, 2026. Urge family and friends to secure their tickets early, and take advantage of the early bird rates.

Let’s Promote!

With the photo we receive from you, we will create and provide each choreographer / group a promo flyers.  Please share the flyer with family, friends, your dancers  and your dance community at large on social media. We will post the flyer on our Instagram pages, and we will send you a collaborator request. Your acceptance of the request would be very helpful. After the show, feel free to remove the collaboration. We appreciate your support!

FAQ

  • Dancer Check-in: After tech rehearsal and prior to the show, dancers will need to check-in to received their wristbands.

  • Changing Room: There are designated changing rooms and bathrooms that performers can use to change but due to the large number of performers, space is limited. Pre-planning outfit changes in advance may be helpful.

  • Secure Valuables: Let dancers know they are responsible for securing their valuables, and to grab their outfits before they leave. We cannot guarantee recovery of items left behind.

  • Parking: There are multiple parking lots located at the venue.

  • Photo Booth: Stop by with your group and take a fun photo at the Platinum Moments Photo Booth that will be located in the lobby area.

Friday Night Hip Hop LLC (FNHH) reserves the right to use sound and images from all FNHH events, including but not limited to No Flex Zone, SoulOut Showcase, ICONIC, Workshops, etc.

Hold Harmless Statement

Friday Night Hip Hop LLC, SoulOut Showcase, No Flex Zone, ICONIC or any of its affiliates are not liable for any injuries that may occur to a performer during their performance or damages that the performance may of caused.
