  • Show Order: The goal is to publish the show order days prior to show but there are times due to the complexity of creating space for dancers that are in multiple pieces, it make take us up to the day of the show.

    • The process of creating the show order is intentional to ensure the flow of the show allows for maximum entertainment, we consider the song selection, and where need, build in time to allow dancers that are in multiple pieces time to rest and perform outfit changes.

    • Delays in submission of music and dancer list may impact timing of show order being released, and impacts to how the show program is designed.

    • Advise dancers that are in your group and are dancing in multiple pieces that we will do our best to provide buffers between their performances but we may not be able to avoid back to back scheduling. The sooner we have the your dance list the better.
