Tenoa Spencer is facing a life threatening medical crisis. Since early March, he has been hospitalized due to severe and compounding health complications, leaving him unable to work and focused entirely on fighting for his life.

What began as a diagnosis of Human Metapneumovirus quickly escalated into severe pneumonia, resulting in fluid and blood in both lungs and a partially collapsed lung. During this time, Tenoa was also diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis, a life threatening condition where the body cannot produce enough insulin and begins breaking down fat for energy, causing dangerous levels of acid in the blood. Around the same time, he was also newly diagnosed with kidney disease.

Their is a lot more to tackle going forward and that's why he is going to need continued support from his community and loved ones. Any support, no matter the amount, makes a meaningful difference.
