Performance
Stage:
Stage dimensions are 16’ deep x 24’ front x 2.5’ height, and there is approx. 5ft around the stage front & sides for dancing.
Speakers/monitors will be located at the front corners of the stage.
A set of stairs will be located on each side of the stage.
Tech Rehearsal: A strict 10 minutes per group. The tech schedule will be provided a couple of weeks ahead of the show.
Show Order: The goal is to publish the show order days prior to show. Creation of the show order is intentional to ensure the flow of the show allows for maximum entertainment. We take into consideration music, theme and dancers that are in multiple pieces. Delay in submission of music and dancer list may impact the timing of show order being released, and our ability to meet our objectives for the show flow.
Dancers:
Dancers 16+ are allowed to perform but SoulOut is an 18+ event, intended for a mature audience. Some pieces may be explicit and may not be suitable for those under 18. Use your discretion when selecting your dancers. Make sure appropriate information is shared with the dancers and their guardians.
Advise dancers in your group that are dancing in multiple pieces that we will do our best to provide buffers between their performances but we may not be able to avoid back to back scheduling.
Performance Duration each performance should be less than 5 minutes.
Show Finale we request all groups to join us on stage for a final bow!

FAQ
Dancer Check-in: After tech rehearsal and prior to the show, dancers will need to check-in, and if 21+, ID is required.
Green Room: There is a designated green room and bathrooms that performers can use to change but due to the large number of performers, space is limited. Pre-planning outfit changes in advance may be helpful.
Secure Valuables: Let dancers know they are responsible for securing their valuables, and to grab their outfits before they leave. We cannot guarantee recovery of items left behind.
Parking: There is limited parking at the venue but there is plenty of street parking. As the venue is located near T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field, if there is an event, street parking may be challenging, so plan accordingly.
